weigh in: 180.0 lbs
loss of: 1.8 pounds
Total release to date: 10.2 pounds!
Don't get me wrong I am so happy to be over the 10 pound loss mark in 7 days and 5 days of VLCD.... however, I laughed at the scale this morning. Every time I get to the point of transitioning into another lower 10 pound bracket- the scale likes to play with me. Nope, sorry not today you got to wait another day (or two- sometimes it likes to creep down or bounce up just to mess with me further). Let's hope the latter does not happen tomorrow. :) I talk of the scale as it is sentient... lol!
Just thought I would put a little tip out there that I am finding very effective this round. I dose all three times during the day while I am cooking for the other members of my family. This not only helps make the 15-20 minutes go by faster (to get better absorption), but it also prevents me from having any cravings to try just a bit of whatever I am making for the other non-dieting people. :)
Anyway- until next time! Hoping to hit 170's tomorrow!
Nice job breaking the 10 lb mark! Hope you see the 70s in the morning.
ReplyDeleteSo what times do you dose? I was dosing at 8am, 2pm and 10pm...trying to spread out the doses through out the day. I am wondering what is more effective? Am I not doing this correctly? Since I have hit a stall, I want to see if I can help things along.

ReplyDeleteThanks Caitlin for the comment on my blog. The eating thing was just a fluke yesterday. I have been very good up until yesterday. I was too busy to peel my grapefruit so I never got to it. Then I worked two hours extra and by the time I got home it was almost 7 pm. We were babysitting the neighbors kids, so rushed over there after I had a bowl of soup and never got a chance to grab some protein (Hubs finished the rest of the cottage cheese). So...typically this wouldn't happen...but I thought it "might" be why I had the gain. Thanks for the insight that I was probably right.
ReplyDeleteI think I will have to change up the doses. I was doing them 20 min before I ate, then I made the mistake of changing things about 10 days ago. Our neighbors are doing HCG right now with us too (this is their 3rd round and how we found out about HCG). We had dinner at there house 2 weeks ago and they mentioned how they take their does at 2 and 10, and they have had great results. Since I didn't know any better, I decided to try that. Well, I think ever since I have seen a slow down. So...back to taking them before I eat. Hopefully that will help.
Thanks for your help and encouragement!!
